After the initial meeting, NDR will move into the design phase. We will visit the construction site to analyze the space and assess any existing systems such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to determine whether updates will be needed. NDR will establish a preliminary construction budget during this stage, which will continue to be fine-tuned as further decisions are made.      

In the Design & Engineering Phase, NDR in collaboration with design professionals will begin with an initial meeting to clearly set the expectations and goals for the project. Particular emphasis is placed on logistical items, such as site access, and design, which will include considerations of functionality, maintainability, and aesthetics. As a secondary goal of the project, our team will also design the project in a way as to make them as energy efficient as possible in order to reduce the long-term operating costs to the owner.
