Pre-Construction
The first phase (pre-construction) of the construction process is to schedule a meeting between the client and NDR. Where both parties begin to lay the groundwork for their project. At this time, clients share their wants, needs, goals, and objectives, as well as address any questions or issues they have. Once the client has shared with us their overall vision for the project, we will provide the client with a general idea of the work required and map out an approximate schedule. Clients should expect to come out of the pre-construction process with an overall scope of the project and how their goals and vision will be achieved.
